Role Overview:
- Deliver a continuous pipeline of new leads through various prospecting means, including networking, cold calling, and events.
- Directly contact company decision-makers, engage with them, build rapport to enable free-flowing conversation and arrange appointments for our sales team.
- Promote VCG with the ultimate aim of converting prospects into accounts.
Person Requirements:
- Strong technical understanding and knowledge of managed services and connectivity,
- You will have a results-oriented mindset,
- Great communication skills,
- Strong understanding of the sales process,
- Prior sales experience (B2B)
This position is a fantastic opportunity for someone sales-orientated and self-motivated, with lots of energy and a ‘go-getter’ attitude. As you’ll be socially networking with potential customers, you must be an excellent listener and communicator and have good organisation, administration, and relationship building skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Contact businesses to promote VCG’s products and services
- Maintain and update the CRM
- Convert enquiries into appointments
- Schedule appointments for BDM’s and BDD’s
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our company values and USPs to articulate our services persuasively.
