Peter Sands

Pete is the Group Operations Director at VCG. He leads VCGs operational strategy and delivery, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in Customer Service and Project Management from across Managed Service and Corporate environments. 

Pete has developed a culture of customer centricity where the focus every day is on delivering quality outcomes for VCG’s customers right first time – whether we are delivering an 800 site Wi-Fi upgrade project or resolving an incident.  

VCG’s capability is built around our people, and Pete fosters a culture of continuous improvement across our operational teams where there is a continued focus on investing in our teams and processes to enable them to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.  

Since joining VCG in 2021, I have learnt what matters to our customers and we have built our operational teams around our customers - a team that our customers trust to deliver and support their technology solutions.
