Terran Brown

Terran Brown is the VCG Product Lead at VCG, where he oversees key customer projects and drives internal initiatives that enable successful product delivery. He ensures a high-quality experience across the entire customer journey, from initial engagement through ongoing support.

Terran’s focus areas include team development, service improvement, strengthening technical capability, and enhancing the customer experience. He also champions mental and physical wellbeing across the team.

Terran is a dedicated mentor to junior team members, generously sharing his extensive industry knowledge and experience. He has worked in IT since 1994, gaining experience across multiple industries and serving in a variety of both customer-facing and internal roles.

Leadership is about understanding when to step forward and lead from the front, and when to provide support from behind. It requires recognizing the key drivers of all stakeholders, as well as the skills and experience within the team.
