Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. Based at our Bredbury office, you’ll play a key role in shaping our brand and expanding our digital footprint. You’ll support the day-to-day sales and marketing activities, contributing to a variety of digital marketing and content initiatives. From assisting with campaign planning to content creation, you’ll play a hands-on role throughout, helping bring ideas to life and drive engagement. This is an exciting, fast-paced role perfect for someone with a strong eye for design, a passion for digital marketing, and an eagerness to learn. No two days are the same. Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development & AI-Enhanced Creation: Produce compelling content in diverse formats—blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media, to engage and convert target audiences. Whilst making use of the latest AI technology.
  • Brand & Positioning: Support brand consistency to ensure consistent tone, style, and messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Demand Gen & Campaigns: Support with the end-to-end planning, creation and delivery of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and capture leads with alignment with sales pipeline goals.
  • Thought Leadership Development: Create and amplify high-value content—whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and speaking opportunities—to strengthen brand authority and engage target audiences.
  • Product & Sales Enablement: Assist in creating sales enablement content for our product portfolio. Deliver impactful sales tools, presentations, and collateral that accelerate lead conversion and support pipeline growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, customer success, and external partners to ensure seamless execution and unified messaging.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor campaign effectiveness through data-driven insights, providing actionable recommendations via dashboards and regular reporting.
  • Content development on PandaDoc: Own the content management on PandaDoc, VCG’s sales quoting platform.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and share suggestions to enhance VCG’s online presence.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience.
  • Experience in HubSpot is desirable
  • Copywriting and content skills with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and tone of voice.
  • Strong attention to detail with good copywriting and visual design skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work well both within a team and independently.
